Requirements

To be able to upload reviews in Talkwalker VoC project via API, you need:

  • An access token with read/write permissions.
  • A project where these documents will be indexed.
  • A dataset where these documents will be indexed. The dataset must accept API upload. This configuration can only be done by the Talkwalker technical team.

Datasets in Talkwalker​

A dataset defines a set of documents in a project like reviews or surveys. It can be customized with custom fields to display performances the customer wants to analyze:
